and Inter-Church Aid Commission (ECC-DICAC) hereby invites eligible and qualiied
bidders to participate in an open competitive tender for the supply, installation,
testing, and commissioning of electric cooking stoves under three lots. This procurement is part of the Ethiopian
Church Forest Initiative Project and aims to support the use of alternative energy
and promote sustainable natural resource management. The stoves will be installed at Zeway
Hamere Berhane St. Gebriel Monastery. Batu/ Zeway town. East Shewa Zane in Oromic
Regional State. Eligibility Requirements for Interested
Bidders: 1. The detailed bid information is
indicated below, and there is no separate bidding document to be collected from
the office. 2. The bidder must demonstrate a proven
track record in supplying and installing Electric Cook Stoves of similar size and.
This should be supported by evidence such as completion certificates, reference
letters, or previous contract documents. 3. The bidder must submit a bid security
in the form of a Certified Payment Order (CPO) equivalent to two percent (2%) of
the total bid price. The CPO shall serve as a guarantee of the bidder's commitment
and will protect the procuring entity in the event of bid withdrawal or failure
to sign the contract if awarded. 4. All interested bidders are requested
to deliver SEALED BID DOCUMENT original and copy quotations (technical and financial
proposals) to EOC-DICAC, till June 1, 2026, 4.00 PM 5. Bids shall be valid for a period
of thirty (30) days after bid opining. 6. Bidders must attach valid Trade/
Business licensee, Registration certificate. Taxpayer certificate. VAT registration,
tax clearance supported by eligible licensed auditors and good performance evidence
and past work experience in related field. Scope of Work The assignment includes full supply,
installation, testing, commissioning, handover of fully operational systems, and

All submissions must be properly sealed, signed, and stamped by an authorized representative
of the bidder, and placed in the designated tender box prepared for this purpose.
Any submission received after the specified deadline will not be considered. Suppliers may apply for one, two,
or all three lots, depending on their capacity and availability. Detailed technical specifications,
submission procedures, and timelines are outlined in the tender documents. EOC-DICAC reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all bids, or to cancel the procurement process, in whole or in
part, without incurring any liability. Interested and qualified bidders are
