Procurement of Hall Rent Services for a Company Annual Event

Habesha Cement S.C hosts an Annual General Assembly with its shareholders which is scheduled to be held on 25th June 2026 this year. In line with this yearly company event, we would like to invite reputable service providers to submit bids for the rental of a suitable hall and the provision of refreshment services.

The hall should comfortably accommodate the expected number of participants (estimated to be 700± 5%) and be equipped with essential facilities with functional spaces for the evet requirements. The service providers are expected to provide listed here under services;

- Morning Tea and Coffee refreshment

- Bottle of water mineral water in the meeting room

- High speed meeting room Wi-Fi

- A Podium, stage an entire set of sound equipment (LCD Projector/ Screen & Microphone)

- A Note Pad and Pen alongside dedicated services throughout the event ensuring a professional and hospitable environment for all attendees.

Interested service providers are encouraged to submit their detailed quotation (itemized costs for hall rental and refreshments) together with their Valid business license and tax registration documents.

Submissions must be delivered to on/before 26th January 2026, at 10:00 AM. to the address shown below. Further inquiries shall also be communicated to the same company address. Evaluation will be based on compliance with requirements, cost-effectiveness and service quality.

Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise was drilled a borehole for water supply propose for compound and Meskel Square. Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise invites all eligible General water Contractors. (GWC) or electromechanical Contractor of grade 4 and above or supply and installation of pump and pipe with accessories and civil construction work for water supply project for Exhibition center compound and Meskel square.

Bidding will be conducted through open National Competitive Bidding (NCB) as per procedures specified in tender document and pertinent procurement directive and guidelines. Interested bidders shall submit the appropriate documentary evidence demonstrating the bidder's eligibility which shall include the following evidences: (VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, Renewed business license and Commercial registration certificate and Renewed appropriate professional certificate.

Interested bidders can obtain complete set of bidding documents Exhibition Exhibition Center Center and Market Develo ment Enterprise, Finance Department during working hour starting from publication date of this bid advertisement on a newspaper, up on payment of non- refundable fee of 500 ETB (five hundred birr only).

The bidder should submit a bid bond (bid security) by Ethiopian Bank for the amount of Ethiopian Birr 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand & 00/100 Only) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee to Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise. The security shall be valid for ninety (90) days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.

Interested bidders will be requested to offer one original and one copy of their technical and financial proposals and CPO, separately sealed in different envelope showing clearly Technical/Financial & Original/Copy and all sealed envelope also sealed in one bigger envelope.The proposal must be delivered to Exhibition Center and Market Development Enterprise, Procurement and Property Management on or before 3:00 PM (afternoon) of February 1st, 2026. Late bids will be rejected.

Technical Bids will be opened on the same day February 1st, 2026 at 3:15 PM (afternoon) at February 1, 2026 of Staff meeting room, in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who wish to attend.

Kegna Beverages S.C. is a beverages Manufacturing Industry officially established by shareholders on April 1, 2017. The beverage green field project is located in Oromia regional state in west Shewa zone nearest to Ginchi town while the project office is located at Elilly International Hotel new building 10th floor Kazanchis, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The company will engage in producing quality alcoholic & non-alcoholic beer brands which inspire human beings in the first phase and also have 2nd Phase expansion plan to produce carbonated water, Juices and other portfolios.

Kegna Beverages S.C. invites eligible and reputable companies to bid for the goods and services listed below.

1. Interested bidders are invited to apply, considering the following points:

Qualified bidders car. obtain the comprehensive term of reference from Kegna Beverages S.C. head office starting from the first day of this invitation in exchange for a non-refundable fee of 500 Birr (Five Hundred birr} for each LOT deposit to Awash Bank Account No. 01323116219900 & can collect TOR during office hours from Monday to Saturday morning (half day).

2. The bid shall be supported with bid security in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee in the name of Kegna Beverages S.C.

3. Bids shall be submitted in wax-sealed three envelopes (#1. Technical, #2. Bid Security and #3. Financial envelope), ORIGINAL and COPY, separately for the Proposals and delivered by hand on or before the deadline of the bid submission date.

4. Bidder shall attach their renewed business license, registration, TIN and VAT Certificates to their technical Proposal.

5. The financial proposal shall be submitted separately in local currency (ETB), including VAT and other costs in detail.

6. The evaluation criteria will be the combined sum of the Technical and Financial score.

7. Bidders shall submit their bid proposals, during office hours from Monday to Friday to Kegna Beverage Share Company head office, Location, Guinea Conakry Street, Elilly International Hotel new building, 10th floor, Kazanchis, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia before February 2, 2026 at 02:00 P.M. in the afternoon.

8. The bid will be closed for all Lots, at 02:00 P.M. and opened at 02:30, 03:00, and 03:30P.M. respectively as per stated in the t (in the afternoon) on February 2, 2026 at Kegna Beverage S.C head office, Location, Elilly International Hotel new building, 10th floor Kazanchis, Addis Ababa,

ያገለገሉ የተሽከርካሪዎች ሽያጭ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ

የጤና ልማትና ፀረ ወባ ማኅበር ሲገለገልባቸው የነበሩትን አራት ያገለገሉ ተሽከርካሪዎችን ማለትም ሶስት ያገለገሉ ቶዮታ ላንድክሩሰር እና አንድ ኒሳን ፓትሮል መኪናዎችን ባሉበት ሁኔታ በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል።

ስለሆነም ተጫራቾች:-

1. ማንኛውም ተጫራች ንብረቶቹ በሚገኙበት አድራሻ ከሴቶች አደባባይ ወደ አድዋ ድልድይ በቀኝ በኩል ኮንደሚኒየም ቤቶች ጀርባ በድርጅቱ ዋናው መ/ቤት ግቢ ውስጥ ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ እስከ 10ኛው ቀን ባሉት የሥራ ቀናት ከጠዋቱ 3፡00 እስከ ቀኑ 10፡00 ሰዓት ድረስ መመልከት የሚቻል ሲሆን ከሶስተኛው ቀን እስከ 9ኛው ቀን ኮፍን እየከፈቱ ውስጡን ማየት ይችላሉ።

2. ተጫራቾች የሚገዙትን ንብረት ጠቅላላ ዋጋ 20 በመቶ (20%) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በባንክ በተረጋገጠ ሲፒኦ (CPO) አሰርተው ከጨረታው መከፈቻ ቀንና ሰዓት በፊት ማስገባትይኖርባቸዋል። የሚዘጋጀው የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ሲፒኦ ከአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ውጭ ከሆነ ከኢትዮጵያ ንግድ ባንክ ቅርንጫፎች ብቻ መሆን ይኖርበታል።

3. የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትናው ለአሸናፊዎች ከሚከፍሉት ዋጋ ጋር የሚታሰብ ሲሆን ለተሸናፊዎች የጨረታው ውጤት እንደፀደቀ ይመለስላቸዋል።

4. ተጫራቾች የንብረቶቹን ዝርዝር የያዘው ሠነድ ላይ ያገለገለ አሮጌ መኪና የማጫረቻ ዋጋማቅረቢያ ቅፅ የሚገዙበትን ዋጋ በአሃዝና በፊደል ያለ ስርዝ ድልዝ ገልፀው በታሸገ ኤንቬሎፕ ፖስታ/ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ (የካ ክ/ከተማ፣ ወረዳ 06፣ አድዋ ድልድይ ኮንዶሚኒየም) ከሴቶች አደባባይ ወደ አድዋ ድልድይ በቀኝ በኩል ኮንደሚኒየም ቤቶች ጀርባ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ዋናው መ/ቤት ፣ አስተዳደር ክፍል በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሣጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት ይኖርባቸዋል። ነገር ግን የሚሰጡት ዋጋ ላይ ስርዝ ድልዝ ካለ ከጎኑ በተጫራቹ መፈረም ይኖርበታል።

5. ተጫራቾች ጨረታው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት አስር የሥራ ቀናት/10 ቀናት/ ያገለገሉ መኪናዎች ሽያጭ የጨረታ ማስታወቂያ ተከታታይ ቀናት ውስጥ የጨረታውን ሰነድ ማስገባት አለባቸው።

6. እሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ጨረታውን ማሸነፋቸው ከተገለፀላቸው ቀን ጀምሮ በሶስት /3/ ቀናት ውስጥ ገንዘቡን ገቢ በማድረግ በአስር /10/ ቀናት ውስጥ ንብረቱን የመረከብ እና የማንሳት ግዴታ አለባቸው:: ይህ ካልሆነ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለድርጅቱ ገቢ ሆኖ ተሽከርካሪው በድጋሜ ለጨረታ ሊቀርብ ይችላል።

7. ተጫራቾች ከድርጅቱ ግዥ ከፍል የንብረቶቹን ዝርዝር መረጃ የያዘ የተጫራቾች መመሪያ እና የዋጋ ማቅረቢያ ሰነድ ለተሽከርካሪዎቹ የማይመለስ ብር 1000 /አንድ ሺ ብር/ እየከፈሉ ማስታወቂያው በአዲስ ዘመን ጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት አስር 10/ የሥራ ቀናት ውስጥ ከድርጅቱ አስተዳደር ቢሮ ምድር ቤት መግዛት ይችላሉ።

8. የጨረታ ሳጥኑ ጨረታው በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት አስር /10/ የሥራ ቀናት ከፍት ሆኖ ጥር 22 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 4፡00 ሰዓት ተዘግቶ ከፊት በሚመጣው ሰኞ ማለትም ጥር 25 ቀን 4፡30 ተጫራቾቹ ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ (የካ ክ/ከተማ፣ ወረዳ 06፣ አድዋ ድልድይ ኮንዶሚኒየም) ከሴቶች አደባባይ ወደ አድዋ ድልድይ በቀኝ በኩል በግምት 300 ሜትር ላይ በሚያስገባው ኮብልስቶን ገባ ብሎ፡ ናቲ ጋራዥ በሚለው ታፔላ ኮንዶሚኒየም አጥር መጨረሻ ላይ በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ዋና መ/ቤት የስብሰባ አዳራሽ ይከፈታል ።

9. ተጫራቾች ስለ አሻሻጡ ዝርዝር ሁኔታ ከጨረታው ሰነዱ ላይ የተጫራቾች መመሪያ ላይ ማግኘት ይችላሉ።

- ተጫራቾች መመሪያ ባለማክበራቸው የሚፈፀም ማንኛውም ስህተት ሀላፊነቱ የተጫራቾች ይሆናል፡፡

2. 8. Failure to comply any of the conditions from (1) to (6) above shall result in automatic rejection.

በመሆኑም ፡-

2. በዕቃግልጽ ጨረታ በቀረቡት ዕቃዎች ላይ ለመወዳደር የሚፈልግ ማንኛውም ተጫራች በዘርፉ የፀና የንግድ ፍቃድ፣የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር ፣የተጨማሪ ዕሴት ታክስ ምዝገባ ሰርተፍኬት እና የዘመኑን ግብር የከፈለ ስለመሆኑ ከግብር ሰብሳቢ መሥሪያ ቤት የተሰጠ ማስረጃ ሰነዶች ኮፒ እና የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቼክ ወይም (C.PO) ከመጫረቻ ሰነዱ ጋር አያይዞ በኤንቨሎፕ ወይም በፖስታ በማሸግ ለጨረታ በተዘጋጀው ሳጥን ውስጥ ማስገባት የሚኖርበት ሲሆን ለሃራጅ ጨረታ ደግሞ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት ይዞ ማስመዝገብ ይኖርበታል፡፡

3. በጨረታው ላይ የተሽከርካሪ ወይም የዕቃው አስመጪ ወይም ባለቤትና ቤተሰቡ የነበሩ ሰዎች መሣተፍ አይችሉም፡፡

4. ተጫራቾች የተሽከርካሪውንና የዕቃዎቹን ጨረታ ሰነድ ከሀሙስ ጥር 14/2018 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ ዘወትር በሥራ ሰዓት የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 (አንድ መቶ) በመክፈል በቅ/ጽ/ቤቱ በመገኘት የጨረታ ሠነዱን መግዛት ይችላሉ፡፡

5. በዕቃና ተሽከርካሪ ግልፅ ጨረታ ለመሳተፍ ተጫራቾች ለሚወዳደሩባቸው ዕቃዎች ወይም ተሽከርካሪዎች የሰጡትን ዋጋ አምስት በመቶ (5%) ለጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቼክ (CPO) በቅ/ፅ/ ቤቱ አድራሻ ስም CuSTOMS COMMISSION ADDIS ABABA KALITY CuSTOMS BRANCH OFFICE በባንክ አሰርተው ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

6. የዕቃ ሐራጅ ጨረታ ላይ ለመሳተፍ ለዕቃዎች ብር 100,000.00 የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቼክ (CPO) በተ.ቁ 5 በተገለጸው አድራሻ ተጫራቹ ማስያዝ አለበት፡፡ ነገር ግን በዕቃ ሐራጅ በጨረታ ሰነድ ላይ በሚገለጹ የተወሰኑ ዕቃዎች ላይ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቼክ (CPO) መጠን የሚወሰን መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡

7. ተጫራቾች በሚከተለው የጨረታ ቀናት (ስኬጁል) መሰረት መጫረት ይችላሉ፡፡

8. የጨረታው መክፈቻ ቦታ፡-ኢአ ቃሊቲ ጉምሩክ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት የሚካሄድ ሲሆን ጨረታው ተጫራቾች |ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው ባሉበት ወይም በታዛቢዎች ፊት ይከፈታል፡፡

9. ተሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ለጨረታው ዋስትና ያስያዙት (CPO) የጨረታው ውጤት በተገለፀ በ3 የስራ ቀናት ውስጥ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡

10. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ማሸነፋቸውን ከተገለፀላቸው ቀን ጀምሮ በ5 ቀናት ውስጥ ያሸነፉበትን ገንዘብ ገቢ በማድረግ ዕቃውን ማንሣት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡

2. ተሸከርካሪዎቹን ፤ ውጫዊና ውስጣዊ አካላት ቅሪቶችን ለዚሁ ማቅረቢያ ቅጽ ለመግዛት በጨረታው ለመካፈል የሚፈልጉ የሚፈልጉ ሁሉ የተዘጋጀውን የጨረታ ሠነድና የዋጋ የማይመለስ ብር 100.00 (አንድ መቶ ብር) በቅድሚያ ከፍሎ ከዋናው መ/ቤት በመግዛት ንፋስ ስልክ ላፍቶ ክፍለ ከተማ ወረዳ 11 ከሃናማርያም አደባባይ ወደ ቃሊቲ በሚወስደው ቀለበት መንገድ 800 ሜትር ወረድ ብሎ በሚገኘው የኩባንያው ሪከቨሪ በመቅረብ ከጥር 10 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም እስከ ጥር 22 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ድረስ ባሉት የስራ ቀናት በስራ ሰዓት ብቻ በመምጣት ማየት ይቻላል ::

3. ተጫራቾች ተሽከርካሪውን ወይም እቃዎቹን የሚገዙበትን ዋጋ በሰም በታሸገ ኢንቨሎፕ ከጥር 10 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም እስከ ጥር 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከጧቱ 3.00 ሰዓት ድረስ አትላሰ አካባቢ በሚገኘው የአባይ ኢንሹራንስ አ.ማ ዋና መስሪያ ቤት ህንፃ 5ኛ ፎቅ በተዘጋጀው የጨረታ ሳጥን ውስጥ የሚጫረቱበትን ዕቃ ኮድ በጨረታው ላይ በመጻፍ የሚወዳደሩበትን ዋጋ ማስገባት ይችላሉ::

4. ተጫራቾች ፖስታ ዝቅተኛ ማስያዣ ብር 1,000.00 ሆኖ የጨረታውን መነሻ ዋጋ 15% በ CPO የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ማስያዝ ይኖርባቸዋል:: በጨረታው ለተሸነፉ ተወዳዳሪዎች ያስያዙት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ጨረታው ከተከፈተበት ሶስት የስራ ቀናት በኃላ ተመላሽ የሚደረግ ይሆናል::

5. የጨረታው አሸናፊዎች የተሸከርካሪዎችንም ሆነ የዕቃዎችን ዋጋ 15% ተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስን ጨምሮ በመክፈል ተሸከርካሪዎችንና እቃዎችን በ10 ቀናት ውስጥ ባይረከቡ ለጨረታ ተሳትፎ ያስያዙት ገንዘብ ለኩባንያው ገቢ ሆኖ ጨረታው ይሰረዛል::

6. ተሸከርካሪዎች በጨረታ እስከተሸጡበት ጊዜ ድረስ የሚፈለግ ግብርና ታክስ ቢኖር የሻጭ ኃላፊነት ይሆናል:: ተሸከርካሪዎቹ ከተሸጡ በኋላ የሚፈለግ ግብርና ታክስ፣ ስም ማዛወርያ እንዲሁም ሌላ ክፍያ ቢኖር የገዢው ኃላፊነት ይሆናል::

7. ተጫራቾች የሚያቀርቡት ዋጋ ለዚሁ በተዘጋጀ ቅፅ መሰረት የሚገዙትን ዕቃ ዋጋና 15% የተጨማሪ እሴት ታክስን በግልጽ ሁኔታ በተናጥል ሞልተው ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል::

8. ከቀረጥ ነፃ ተሸከርካሪዎችን ኩባንያው ለገዢዎች የሚያስረክበው ገዢዎች በቅድሚያ የኢትዮጵያ ገቢዎችና ጉምሩክ ባለስልጣን የሚወስነውን ቀረጥና ታክስ ክፍያ ከፍለው ተገቢውን ማስረጃ ሲያቀርቡ ብቻ ይሆናል::

9. አሸናፊ ተጫራቾች ተሸከርካሪዎቹንም ሆነ ሌሎች ዕቃዎችን ከሪከቨሪ በራሳቸው ወጪ ሳይነጣጥሉ በጠቅላላ በአንድ ጊዜ ማንሳት ይኖርባቸዋል::

10.ጨረታው ቅዳሜ ጥር 23 ቀን 2018 ዓ.ም ከረፋዱ 4:00 ሰዓት ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት በኩባንያው ዋና መ/ቤት ይከፈታል:: ኩባንያው የተሻለ መንገድ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው::

3. Sealed bid marked as per the instructions given to the bidders in the tender document and addressed to the above address must be received by the buyer before 2:00 pm (afternoon) on or before February 3,2026. 5. ጨረታው ተጫራቾች ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎቻቸው በተገኙበት ማስታወቂያው በወጣበት በ 11 ኛው ቀን በ 4፡30 በጀኔራል ታደሰ ብሩ አጠቃላይ 2ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤት ቢሮ ቁጥር 6 ይከፈታል። የጨረታው መክፈቻ ቀን ቅዳሜ እና እሁድ ወይም በበዓል ቀን ከዋለ በሚቀጥለው የስራ ቀን በተገለፀው ሰዓት ይከፈታል፡፡

6. ጨረታው ከተከፈተ በኃላ ተጫራቾች በሰነድ የሰጡት ዋጋ መለወጥ መሻሻል ወይም ከውድድሩ እራሳቸውን ማግለል አይችሉም፡፡

7. የመወዳደሪያ ዋጋ ከቫት ጋር መሞላት አለበት፡፡

8.ተጫራቾች የጨረታው ማስከበርያ ለሎት 1 ብር 3,000 (ሶስት ሺህ ብር ብቻ ለሎት 2 ብር 5,000 (አምስት ሺህ ብር ብቻ) ለሎት 3 ብር 4,000 (አራት ሺህ ብር ብቻ) ለሎት 4 ብር 1,000 (አንድ ሺህ ብር ብቻ) ለሎት 5 ብር 1,000 (አንድ ሺህ ብር ብቻ) በባንክ በተመሰከረለት CPO ማስያዝ ይኖርባችዋል፡፡

9. ት/ቤቱ እንደ አስፈላጊነቱ የዕቃውን ብዛት ከውል በፊት 20% መጨመር ወይም መቀነስ ይችላል፡፡

10. አሸናፊው ድርጀት ዕቃዎቹን እስከ ጀኔራል ታደሰ ብሩ አጠቃላይ 2ኛ ደረጃ ት/ቤት ንብረት ክፍል ድረስ በራሱ ትራንስፖርት አጠቃሎ ማስገባት አለበት፡፡

1. The Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS) invites sealed bid from eligible, qualified bidders for the supply of the following items.

2. Interested eligible bidders can purchase a complete set of bidding document by depositing a non-refundable payment amount ETB 400 (Four Hundred Birr) on CBE Account Number 1000000950487 in the name of Ethiopian Red Cross Society for each LOT & collect the bidding document from ERCS Humanitarian Supply Chain Department Procurement Division, First floor, office No.25; which located around Stadium Addis Ababa.

3. Bidders shall present copy of their renewed trade license for the year 2018 E.C., registration certificate, Tax Identification & VAT Registration Certificates and other necessary documents.

4. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society along with a bid security (bid bond) in acceptable forms CPO only specified in the bidding data sheet amounting 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The bid security shall be valid for 28 consecutive days beyond the end of the validity period of the bid.

5. FINANCIAL OFFER shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labelled as ORIGINAL and COPY. TECHNICAL OFFER shall be made in a separate third sealed envelope clearly labelled as TECHNICAL OFFER. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be Stamped, wax sealed in and signed outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopian Red Cros  Society whose address is mentioned below.

6. Bid will be closed on January 28, 2026 at 2:00 pm and will be opened on the same date at 2:30pm in the presence of those bidders or their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS Conference Room, Addis Ababa.

7. Bidders are advised to read bidding document thoroughly in order to fill all the necessary details requested in the bidding document.
