PC hereby invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and
competent suppliers/vendors
for the Supply of wooden post, wooden log, Bamboo mat, Nail and used motor oil to rehabilitate and productively
utilize degraded
dry valley landscapes in Fafan Zone, kabri beyah woreda at
Durwale Kebele Community in Somali Regional
State,Ethiopia:
The objective of the project is to rehabilitate and productively
utilize degraded
dry valley landscapes in Dhurwale through integrated Eco hydrological and cooperative-based approaches that enhance
flood resilience, groundwater recharge,
and sustainable livelihood opportunities in the Somali Region Ethiopia.

Bid Submission Instructions
1. Bid Availability & Fee: A complete set of bidding
documents with detailed
technical specifications is available at the PC Head Office
starting from January 18, 2026, upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00
(Two Hundred Birr).
2. Bid Validity Period: Bids must be submitted within seven
(7) consecutive
calendar days, from January 18, 2026, to January 28, 2026.
3. Bid Submission: All bids must be submitted in a sealed
envelope. along with
a Performa invoice, and deposited into the "Bid Box" located at the PC Head Office and Pastoralist Concem
Jigjiga Field Office
located at Kaah Building fourth floor no
later than 5:00 PM on January 28 2026.
4. Bid Opening: The public bid opening ceremony will be held
at the PC Head
Office on January 30, 2026. Bidders
or their representatives are to attend the opening ceremony not a mandatory.
5. Mandatory Requirements: Bidders must include copies of
the following
valid documents with their bid:
Renewed Trade License of the current year 2018.
VAT Registration Certificate
TIN Certificate
Recent Tax Clearance Certificate from the concerned
authority.
6. Bid Content: The bid document must clearly specify the
Item. description,
quantity, price and delivery timeline for all items quoted.
7. Delivery & Location: All materials must be delivered
to the project site l.e
Dhurwalle kebele of Kebribeyah woreda, Fafen Zone of Somali Regional State.
8. Right of Reservation: Pastoralist Concem reserves the
right to accept or reject
any or all bids, in part or in full, without providing any reason.
