FOR SUPPLIER REGISTRATION
SUPPLY OF
POINT OF SALES ITEMS
Dashen Brewery Share Company
hereby invites interested, eligible, and competent suppliers to apply for
registration as potential suppliers for the supply of promotional items for its
marketing, sales, and brand activation activities.
SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The registration covers, but is
not limited to, the supply of the following promotional and branding items:
- POSM materials (banners,
posters, wobblers, danglers, signage)
-Branded giveaways (T-shirts,
caps, umbrellas, mugs, glasses, key holders, etc.)
-E-vent and activation materials
-Cu-stomized promotional
merchandise
P-rinting and branding services
related to promotional items
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Interested suppliers are required
to submit the following:
-Valid business license for the
relevant line of business
-VAT registration certificate and
TIN
-Valid tax clearance certificate
-Company profile with relevant
experience
-List of similar promotional
items supplied in the last three (5) years
-Sample products or product
catalog (where applicable)
EVALUATION PARAMETERS
A. Technical Evaluation Criteria
Suppliers will be evaluated based
on, but not limited to, the following criteria:
1. Relevant Experience
- Proven experience in supplying
promotional items, preferably for FMCG or beverage companies.
2. Financial capability - Audited
Financial statement with 1-year Bank statement in any currency
3. Production & Supply
Capacity
4. Past Performance &
References
- Performance history and
references from previous or existing clients.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Completeness and validity of
legal, tax, and regulatory documents.
REGISTRATION OUTCOME
Suppliers who meet the minimum evaluation
requirements will be:
-Registered in Dashen Brewery's approved
supplier database, and
-Invited to participate in future
RFQs, RFPs, or tenders for point of sales, as required.
SUBMISSION DETAILS
Interested suppliers are
requested to submit their registration documents within the specified period
indicated in the publication through the designated procurement channel.
Dashen Brewery Share Company
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications without
assigning any reason. Dashen Brewery Head Office, located around 22 (near the
Tourist Business Enterprise), Addis Ababa.
The bid document shall be
available Ten (10) days from the date of this announcement. January 18/01/2026
